Data portals are used in research to display data collected by autonomous vehicles in deployment. We work with glider labs from University of Alaska Fairbanks and University of South Florida St. Petersburg. This data portal demonstrates data products such as echometrics and echograms during deployment which are informative to researchers. This portal was updated once a day during deployment, and is now used to display post-processed data collected by the glider.

BatchMetrics is a desktop application that can process multiple (i.e., batches of) acoustic files to produce echograms, noise-filtered echograms, and a csv file holding echometrics for each file.
